HALEE was established in 1998 to provide educational services for local and surrounding communities, about the importance of community resources, healthcare, and employment services for the underserved population through conferences, workshops and health fairs.

HALEE is dedicated to assisting individuals with accessing a variety of educational services in the area of healthcare, family and children services and employment services for the underserved population.
